At MARASH HOOR, we strive to deliver premium quality Oud and Bukhoor with complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our refund and return policy is designed to ensure a fair and simple process.
Customers may request a return or refund if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To qualify, the request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order. The item must remain unused, unopened, and in its original packaging to be eligible for return evaluation.
Once the returned product is received and carefully inspected, MARASH HOOR will approve either a replacement or a refund depending on the situation. Refunds are processed through the original payment method within a reasonable time.
Please note that opened or used Oud and Bukhoor products cannot be returned due to hygiene and fragrance quality standards. MARASH HOOR remains committed to providing authentic fragrances, reliable service, and a smooth shopping experience for every customer.
